Introduction of CCFA and the 9th China Chain Store Expo
Since it establishment in 1997, CCFA has been becoming stronger and more influential in the past with the support from the government, membership companies and related institutions. By the end of 2006, there are over 1000 company members and over 800 individual members in CCFA and the sales of retail member companies amounted RMB 1025 million and the outlets reached 145 thousands, providing 2.4 millions job opportunities. Franchise membership companies are involved in over 60 industries.
Sponsored by CCFA, the 9th China Chain Store Expo (ChinaStore) will be hold on 1st Nov, Beijing. As the most influential retail trade event, ChinaStore attracts participant of well-known retailers, equipment suppliers, IT technology suppliers and commodity manufactures from China and aboard. ChinaStore will provide a platform to increase communication and cooperation between retailers and suppliers, by the specific exhibition hall themes like Food Security, IT Application and CSR of Retail Enterprises, get the aim to promote all-around exchange and collisions of new trend, new technology and new idea from the strategic, operational, technical equipment and other levels.
A series of activities dedicated to the10th anniversary of CCFA’s establishment will be held in Beijing starting from Oct.2007. They are as follows:
